High Peak Council and Glossop Outdoor Market Traders have been working hard to put together a day to remember in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee on Saturday 2nd of June 2012. Just some of the attractions include, High Peak Radio Roadshow (a.m. only), an all day disco, Glossopdale Community College Swing Band, Martyn Sharps Mighty Four Jazz Band, fairground rides, face painting, a treasure hunt, an all day barbecue and a trampoline for the children.
Come and join us for a great day out at our family friendly outdoor market and enjoy the warm hospitality of our traders while taking the opportunity to browse the stalls and shop for bargains.
The weather promises to be warm and sunny, ideal for a stroll around the historic market and surrounding shops in the picturesque market town of Glossop in the High Peak.
