The traders of Glossop Outdoor Market were shocked to hear that this weeks edition of our local newspaper The Glossop Chronicle, is to be the last. Due to the economic climate the Reporter group of newspapers has been forced to shut up shop after nearly 150 years of reporting in the Glossop and Tameside areas.
We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to the newspaper for all of the support that they have given to the market and it's traders over the years and wish all of the employees the very best of luck for the future.
