JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS PART 4 THE REGULAR STALLHOLDERS ENJOY THE DAY

Adam Corbally Greengrocer

Unfortunately Adam couldn't be with us on the day but we would like to say a big thank you to his brother Jack and his employees for working so hard on his behalf.  A big thank you also to Jack for donating a £20 gift voucher to our free raffle.  Some lucky person will be able to enjoy the fresh, quality fruit and vegetables that are sold on Adams stall thanks to winning this generous prize.

Bookworm pre-loved books

Pam Alderton at Bookworm pre-loved books had a great day and gained lots of new customers.  Books were flying off the stall and out of the cabin all day and Pam got into the Jubilee spirit by giving away free flags and balloons to the children and by dressing in 50's style.

Market Pet Supplies
Liz in the pet supplies cabin dressed in her 50's gear and looking as if she was enjoying the music.

Niche Markit

Rick at Niche Markit flew the flag!  This guy is fantastic at what he does.  He sells such a wide variety of second-hand goods and today they were flying off the stall to lots of eager customers.

A newcomer to our market this week, so new in fact that I only know him as Simons Dad!  Non the less he had a great range of mens clothing on offer and he got into the spirit and enjoyed the day.  A very welcome addition to our market and we hope he does well.

Gill & Kevins stall

Gill and Kevin are the backbone of Glossop Outdoor Market and have been with us for 42 years and we hope they'll still be around for us to celebrate their Diamond Jubilee.  Whatever goes on at the market, Gill and Kevin always throw themselves into it wholeheartedly and today was no exception.  Their stalls were a feast of red, white and blue and they were flying the flag big time!  Gill even had Union Jack nails for the occasion!

Charlie and Nicky's stall

Charlie and Nicky are relative new comers to Glossop Outdoor Market but they are always willing to give 110% to everything they do.  As well as decorating their stall with bunting they also make a fine display of childrens clothing in patriotic colours to add a festive atmosphere to the market.  They also donated two prizes to the free raffle which I am sure will be a big hit with the winners.

Stephanie's stall

Stephanie has been a regular trader on Glossop Outdoor Market for quite some time and she sells a beautiful selection of womens accessories and clothing which are very popular with the ladies of Glossop and visitors to our market.
